This past weekend we made a trip down to Pattaya. Pattaya is a beach town located on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand. Pattaya is a popular beach resort – attracting over 4 million visitors a year. It is located just over 2 hours outside of Bangkok.

Coming Home Again (Thank You).
“There is nothing half so pleasant as coming home again…” One month to go. The whirlwind, year-long tour is almost at an end. Although we still have a few trips left I wanted to take a moment from our house hunting and wrapping up to say: Thank you.

Biking through Bali (Northern Bali and Ubud, Indonesia).
Today we took a bike ride through northern Bali Island, starting at Mount Batur and ending at the Monkey Sanctuary in Ubud.

We arrived in Yogyakarta via Jakarta. We only spent half a day in Jakarata and did not really see any of the sights but you can’t get to Yogyakarta without first flying through Jakarta or Bali. “The Pearl of the Orient” (Penang, Malaysia).
We spent the last two days of our Malaysia trip hanging out in and around Georgetown. Georgetown is a small city located on Penang Island. It is known for its colonial architecture, hawker food stalls and laid back atmosphere.
